Trained as a lawyer, nothing predestined me to become an executive assistant. Yet, at the end of my master’s degree, one thing became clear: my passion for administration, anticipating needs, and handling operational matters went far beyond mere task execution.
It was this passion that naturally led me to redirect my career toward executive assistance.

I began my career at a multinational company, supporting a team of over 70 employees. Beyond providing executive support, I managed office operations in all its dimensions: coordinating with external partners, overseeing facilities and collaborative tools, optimizing resources, and improving the work environment. This experience confirmed for me that the role of an executive assistant is above all strategic.
Now working as a freelancer, I support executives and managers who aim to make a meaningful impact every day. My expertise spans project management, communication, events, and cross-functional coordination of support functions.
I don’t limit myself to executing tasks. I identify inconsistencies, anticipate risks, negotiate contracts, prepare my clients for strategic meetings, and optimize their schedules to free up time for reflection. I also support teams in transition, defusing tensions and fostering cohesion.
My approach is proactive: I’m not just another organizer, but a strategic and operational partner whose expertise in executive assistance and office management truly makes a difference.
